I booked a taxi from Barcelona Airport to the city and back with an infant seat for my baby. The ride from the Airport was perfect, very nice driver who waited even though the plane was delayed. However, on the way back the driver shows up with a booster seat (it said +18 kilos on the seat) and claimed it was for infant size. I called BookTaxiBCN who said the driver was right and it was for an infant - very few infants I know are +18 kilos. They would not help with another car with the right seat, spoke very little english and ended by hanging up the phone. I would not recommend anyone traveling with a baby (or booking for the infant seat) to use this service. Mistakes can always happen but the company or driver were in no way interested in solving it.Date of Posting: 20 abril 2016

Booked BCN to Hotel and Cruise Port to BCN transfers. Process for reserving transfers was quick and easy. PayPal payment was a plus. Brilliant service - taxi waiting on our arrival in Barcelona even though our flight was delayed. The driver was extremely helpful and after giving her the name of the hotel she rang to confirm our booking to ensure she delivered us to the correct address,The return journey was equally efficient - your driver arrived 10 minutes early at our hotel ( I always like to be early) and delivered us safely to the airport. I was truly impressed and would recommend your company to all my family and friends. Thank you

Thank you for a very efficient service.The taxi driver was very prompt (intact early), he helped with all our luggage and was very well presented.
The trip was enjoyable and we got to the airport with lots of time to spare.
We would definitely use you again and have no hesitation to recommend you.
