Booked and paid online, picked up from airport, a nice lady driver was there waiting for us .. She was helpful and spoke English and we soon got to our hotel. May cost a couple of euros more but that is absolutely acceptable given that they have to wait at airport for you, and well worth it to make for a stress-free arrival in (for us) an unknown city. This was the second time I've used this service and once again it was excellent. It's so reassuring to know that the driver is waiting for you and already has all your destination details.
Our flight was delayed but driver monitored arrivals and was there waiting for us.
Five star service.

Service was outstanding!!! Used the service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Both times driver was right time ready to help. I forgot our drivers name but we had him for both trips and he was very nice and excellent. He was on time and gave us advice on where to go and what to see and he was very helpful. I used this service 4 times. The best I can say is that they are reliable. I had to leave at 5:30 in the morning and they were there when I opened the door at 5:30. The cars are clean, drivers polite. It's a little expensive, 48 euros for a 20 minute ride to the airport. But the reliability is worth it. Online booking and payment is easy. On one ride, I had to ask the driver not to text while driving and he stopped. One small glitch in otherwise good service.Date of Posting: 25 June 2015
