I didn't want to chance public transportation with heavy luggage at 5:30 in the morning. This was easy to book online. The car arrived a few minutes early and waited for us. From Barcelona Cruise Terminal to BCN AirportPre-ordered a taxi for 6 people incl. a booster and a child seat. taxi was there on time. great service. would use your service again.

The taxi arrived 10 mins early, so there was no fear of coming late, but I have ordered an eco taxi, but instead an ordinary taxi came, and the taxi driver spoke no english, but she was nice and friendly!Date of Posting: 05 May 2015

Hi BNC,Pickup from the Airport was excellent, on time/ready as we came out of arrivals - 10/10.
Collection from the Hotel today (05/05) to return to the Airport was 10m late (09:40) and I called the number on the booking form but the lady couldn't help me as she only spoke Spanish - an English speaking person would have been helpful. Fortunately I got the Concierge from our Hotel (Ohla) to call the number and he found out that the taxi was en-route.
What would have been really useful is a text to my mobile informing that the taxi was late but would arrive shortly.
Other than that - very good service.
