My booking number was 3545.The service was good. I was able to communicate via email any changes I needed for pickup time. The response was prompt which was very good and kept the pressure off of continuously needing to check if the updated information was confirmed.
Both drivers were courteous and on-time.
My only disappointment was that I ordered a sedan. The vehicle that picked us up from the airport was exactly what I expected. A spacious sedan that was open to the driver. The vehicle that picked up up to go back to the airport was not what I expected. It was not a sedan but a compact with the passengers fully cut off from the drive via plexiglass.
Except for that one issue, i would not hesitate to use your service or recommend your service to others.

Reliable, excellent service! Driver arrived on time with the exact vehicle we booked. He was courteous and helped us load all our bags. There were 16 of us with twice the number of bags and we needed a bus to pick us up from the Barcelona cruise terminal and take us to our hotel. We booked a taxi for our family of 4 to and from the airport. Our driver was waiting for us from our flight and we had a quick transfer to the car with a great drive into Barcelona to our hotel. At the end of our stay our driver was once again already waiting, despite the early hour (05.30) and we had another smooth driver to the airport..Fantastic service and would certainly use again. Courteous drivers and reliable service.
